Out of the previously announced 733 vacancies, 346 were allocated for State Services, while 387 were designated for Subordinate Services. With the latest revision, the total number of vacancies has now increased to 1,096.
The RPSC RAS 2024 preliminary examination was conducted by the Commission on February 2, 2025, across various exam centers in Rajasthan. The exam followed an objective-type question format and was held in a single shift from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
RPSC RAS 2024 Selection Procedure
The selection process for RPSC RAS 2024 consists of three stages:
- Preliminary Examination – This serves as a screening test, and its marks will not be considered in the final merit list.
- Mains Examination – Marks obtained in this stage will be counted for the final selection.
- Interview Round – The final merit list will be prepared based on the combined scores of the Mains Examination and the Interview Round.
Candidates will be selected purely based on their performance in the Mains Exam and Interview.
