UPSC NDA, CDS 1 2025: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has announced the Combined Defence Services (CDS) 1 and National Defence Academy (NDA) 1 exams for 2025. The registration process for UPSC NDA and CDS 2025 exams is now open.
Eligible candidates can apply for the UPSC NDA and CDS 1 2025 exams through the official website, upsconline.gov.in. The registration deadline is December 31, 2024, at 6 p.m.
According to the official notice, “Registration needs to be done only once in a lifetime and can be completed at any time throughout the year. Candidates who are already registered can directly proceed to fill out the online application for the examination.”
UPSC NDA, CDS 1 2025: Exam Date
According to the official notification, the UPSC NDA and CDS 1 exams for 2025 are scheduled for April 13, 2025, across various examination centers nationwide. After the application deadline, the commission will open a correction window for applicants.
The window for making revisions to the application form will remain open for seven days, from January 1 to January 7, 2025. “Candidates wishing to make changes to their registration profile during this period should log into the Registration platform and make the necessary corrections accordingly,” the notification states.

To register for the UPSC NDA 2025 exam, candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs 100. However, according to the NDA notification, SC, ST, female candidates, and wards of Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs), Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs), and Other Ranks (ORs) listed in the official notification are exempt from paying the fee.
