Shanu Dimri had a well-settled life even before she decided to attempt the UPSC Civil Services Exam. Online resources and UPSC blogs were her go-to guide initially, but later it was all about lots of reading, revisions and practice.
However, the drive to crack Civil Services exam was also boosted by her positive thought process. She shares that she gave her first attempt like it was her last attempt. She advises all UPSC aspirants to never think that they can’t achieve their goal in 1st attempt, but to believe in a good attempt.Shanu Dimri took UPSC Civil Services coaching for roughly about 4 months in Delhi. One of the many secrets of her UPSC topper success is her self-study. She put in a lot of time watching videos to understand concepts, practicing mock test papers and even revising portions which she knew were important for UPSC Civil Services exam. Apart from this, she shares that having a calm mindset and positive attitude can do wonders in UPSC preparation.
