The Indian Navy has begun the registration process for the Indian Navy Civilian Entrance Test (INICET) 2025 from July 5, 2025 on its official website. This recruitment drive aims to fill 882 vacancies across various civilian posts within the organization. Indian Navy Recruitment 2025: Application Fee Details
Candidates applying for INICET 2025 (except SC/ST/PwBDs/Ex-Servicemen and Women, who are exempted) are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹295 (excluding applicable taxes and charges). The payment can be made online via net banking, UPI, or using Visa/Master/RuPay Credit/Debit Cards through the official website: joinindiannavy.gov.in.
Indian Navy Recruitment 2025: Selection Process
Eligible candidates will be required to appear for an online computer-based test (CBT) as part of the selection process for INICET 2025. The test will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions, and the total duration will be 90 minutes (1.5 hours).
The exam will be available in both English and Hindi (except for the General English section) to ensure ease of understanding for all candidates. The questions will assess the candidate’s knowledge relevant to the post applied for.
Indian Navy Recruitment 2025: Minimum Qualifying Marks
To qualify the INICET 2025 online computer-based examination, candidates must score at least the minimum marks as per their category:
- UR (Unreserved) Category: Minimum 35% marks
- OBC/EWS Categories: Minimum 30% marks
- All Other Categories (SC/ST/PwBD, etc.): Minimum 25% marks
Candidates scoring below the respective cut-off will not be considered for the next stage of the recruitment process.
