Apple Event 2023 Latest Updates: With few hours left in the Apple Wonderlust event today at 10:30 PM, a new leak has claimed that the Cupertino-based tech giant will stick to the 1TB storage option on the iPhone 15 Pro Model this year as well.
There have been rumors about a 2TB iPhone 15 Pro for a while, but it’s not here yet. MacRumors has confirmed that the new iPhone Pro line will once again include 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB configurations.

As for RAM, the report suggested that Apple is planning to use LPDDR5DRAM for the iPhone 15 Pro, the same RAM type found in last year’s flagship devices. Two RAM configurations were also tested — 6GB and 8GB.
According to a recent report from TrendForce, Apple will offer 8GB on the iPhone 15 Pro, so it’s possible that the 6GB configuration has been scrapped. In addition to the RAM upgrade, the iPhone 15 Pro will come with an improved A17 SoC manufactured using TSMC’s new 3nm process. The A17 is set to include an extra GPU core for enhanced graphics performance. Moreover, the performance cores will run at a higher clock speed of 3.70 GHz, up from the previous 3.46 GHz of the A16.
Other improvements expected for the iPhone 15 Pro include an all-new titanium frame, USB-C, and a periscope zoom lens on the iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Apple will launch the latest iPhone 15 series — the iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max, Watch Series 9, second-gen Watch Ultra and AirPods with USB Type C Port during its ‘Wonderlust’ event on September 12 (today), Tuesday.
