Top Car Selling Brands: Carmakers have released their sales report for November 2022. Most of which have seen statement in brands. Maruti Suzuki retained its number one position by selling over 1.3 lakh cars last month. At the same time, Tata Motors is fast moving towards number 2 and now its gap with Hyundai has reduced to less than 2,000 units.
Maruti Suzuki has sold 1,32,395 cars in November 2022, while 1,09,726 units were sold in November 2021. The company has registered a 21 percent decline in sales year-on-year. On the other hand, Hughes Motor Company has secured the second position in November 2022 by selling 48,003 units. While the shutter was 37,001 units in the same month last year, the company has registered a growth of 30 per cent in sales year-on-year.
Tata Motors got the third position
Tata Motors ranks third with a whopping 55 percent year-on-year sales growth. The company has sold 46,037 units in November 2022, compared to 29,778 units in the same month last year. The Mahant, on the other hand, has retained its fourth position with sales of 30,392 units last month as against 19,458 units sold in the same month last year. Kia Motors ranked fifth with sales of 24,025 cars in November 2022. The company’s certification stood at 69%.
While the majority of Authority sales come from Toyota, Toyota has reported a 10 per cent year-on-year sales decline, mainly because of the Toyota Innova Crysta, as the company has closed bookings for the diesel Innova. Toyota sold 11,765 units in November 2022, while 13,003 units were sold in November 2021.
