Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed Matriculation with a minimum of 50% marks and possess an ITI certificate with at least 65% marks in the relevant trade.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be at least 14 years old. There is no upper age limit as per the Apprentices Act of 1961.
Selection Process
The selection for Navy Apprentice Recruitment 2024 will be based on the following stages:
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on 70% weightage for SSC marks and 30% for ITI marks.
- Written Examination: The written exam will be held on February 28, 2025, featuring 75 questions from Mathematics, General Science, and General Knowledge.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will undergo an interview, which includes document verification and a technical skills assessment.
- Medical Examination: Final selection is contingent upon medical fitness.
