Delhi News: Delhi BJP President Adesh Gupta, taking responsibility for the defeat in the MCD elections, sent his resignation to the party's national president JP Nadda, which was accepted.

After the resignation of Adesh Gupta from the post of Delhi BJP President, Virendra Sachdeva will be the working president in his place. In a letter issued by the BJP, it has been said that as per the instructions of Bharatiya Janata Party National President JP Nadda, the resignation of Adesh Gupta from the post of Delhi State President is accepted. Delhi BJP State Vice President Virendra Sachdeva is appointed as Acting State President till further notice.
This appointment will come into force with immediate effect. Significantly, Adesh Gupta was made the state president of Delhi BJP about 2 years ago.
